Zhejiang Textiles Group, affiliated to ZHEJIANG INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS GROUP LTD. (ZIB), founded in 1979, is one of the earliest provincial state-owned foreign trade companies in China, and a leading company of textile and garment import and export industry with professional business competence. We are a vice-president unit of the China Chamber of Commerce For Import and Export of Textiles (CCCT).
We have been engaged in the textile import and export business since 1980. Now, we have 10 subsidiaries.
Our business includes exporting fabrics, garments and home textiles, and importing bulk commodities such as cotton and yarn. We also engage in the export of mechatronics, light industrial products, handicrafts, and chemical products as well as foreign investment.
Over the past 40 years, we have been deeply engaged in textiles and garment export and raw material industry, focusing on the traditional markets of Europe and America, leading in expanding the markets along the "Belt and Road" such as Africa and Turkey, and forming a market network all over the world.
We are committed to building a modern textile and garment industry chain and have established export bases with Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai as the centre, radiating to more than 10 provinces and cities across the country. We have formed good cooperations and relationships with more than 5,000 manufacturing enterprises, indirectly influencing more than 10,000 upstream and downstream enterprises, creating about 200,000 job opportunities for society each year. It brings us remarkable brand awareness and reputation in the industry.
In 2021, we formulated the "14th-Five-Year Strategic Plan (2021-2025)". We will improve the quantity and quality of our three major businesses in the textile sector with a transformation from a traditional textile and garment trader to a modern textile industry group by following the "1551" strategy, focusing on a goal of building a trillion-level modern textile industrial chain in Zhejiang Province, devoting to technology and investment, relying on export, import and domestic trade, focusing on professional operation through the integration of textile and garment business within ZIB, acquiring new driving force by extending upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and acquiring core competitiveness by integrating advantageous resources of the modern textile industry chain through investment and merger.

In 2008, our "LARK" and "Baoshu Tower" trademarks were awarded as "Zhejiang Famous export brands" by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce.
Our overseas warehouse located in Nigeria was approved as the public overseas warehouse of cross-border e-commerce in Zhejiang Province in 2015, and successively won the honours of "Public Overseas Warehouse of Cross-border E-commerce in Zhejiang", "Demonstration Unit of Foreign Trade Innovation and Development in Zhejiang", and "Provincial Public Overseas Warehouse of Zhejiang, 2019".
